  • Is the move-in date flexible? How do I move?
    The move-in date will be dependent on whether or not the current tenant vacates early. When the date is decided, we can coordinate in advance with building management. They require a $200 deposit to reserve the service elevator (returned after move-in is complete) and a $150 non-refundable move-in fee.
  • How much does parking cost?
    The attached garage is operated by State Parking. At the time of this writing (February 2025) the monthly cost for residents is $370. More information is available here. Zoned street parking is also available.
  • Can I have pets?
    No pets allowed in the unit or in the building, sorry!
  • Can I smoke?
    No smoking allowed in the unit or in the building, sorry!
  • Can I sign a lease longer/shorter than 12 months?
    The building requires an initial lease of at least 12 months. After the first year, there is more flexibility. We are happy to discuss 18-to-24 month leases if preferred.
